Yes, our showroom is based in Woodlands Horizon. We are open from Monday to Friday, from 10am – 5pm.

Please note that we are not open on weekends and Public Holidays.

No, you do not. However, we do encourage customers to schedule an appointment so that you can let us know in advance of the products that you are looking for.

Yes, you can. However, we strongly encourage our customers to make purchases online, as we provide free delivery for orders above S$150.

Note: We only accept PayNow and Atome as modes of payment for offline purchases.

Delivery & Assembly

Delivery is free for orders above S$150.

The following items automatically qualifies for a free delivery & assembly/installation:

A delivery fee of S$5 is applicable for orders below S$150.
All delivery dates are set by our logistics team and customers will be informed prior to delivery.

Do note that additional delivery charges apply for:

All orders are processed and will be shipped within *2 – 5 working days from Mondays to Fridays, depending on the volume of delivery.

*Please do expect delays during peak/sales period, e.g. 11.11, 12.12, etc.

Our delivery *hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm.
(For all Flight Pro, Flight Lite, and Flight Handcrank orders, our delivery team will give you a call half an hour before arrival to ensure that someone is present at the delivery address.)

Yes, we do. We offer complimentary assembly for the following products:

Apart from the above mentioned height adjustable tables, a service fee of S$30 applies to all other product(s).

All assembly services are done on day of delivery and includes all other accessories that you purchase from Flight Ergo.

Yes, we can. Our charges varies on the type of wood that your table top is made from.

• For non-solid wood (e.g. plywood), a S$20 installation fee applies.
• For solid wood (depending on its weight), a S$50 – S$70 installation fee applies.

If you would like us to install it for you, do let us know in advance/prior to delivery (via WhatsApp), so that our delivery team are able to make an assessment on your existing table top, and quote you on day of delivery.

Please note that the table top should already be dismantled from its existing frame.

Return, Exchange & Warranty

The warranty period commences from the date of delivery.

It covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used.

A S$50 fee for labour and transport will be borne by customer for our team to be onsite.

The following height adjustable tables comes with 7-year warranty:

Warranty for the above mentioned products covers motor, frame and mechanism on manufacturer defect.

All other Flight Ergo products (except for table tops) comes with a 3-year warranty or 1-year warranty for Electrical products. Warranty does not cover wear and tear of product, aesthetic defects, and minor deviations of product from website.

Self modification, alteration or misuse of the product will void its warranty period.
Flight Ergo warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.
Any refusal to provide an image or video required for validation of a warranty claim may result in the claim being disregarded.

Flight Ergo reserves the right to determine at its discretion whether a component should be repaired or replaced.

If you are encountering any issues with your product, please drop us a WhatsApp message, together with your order ID and our team will assist you accordingly.

In the event when a defective part needs to be replaced, a S$50 fee for labour and transport will be charged to the customer, for our team to be onsite.

Defective part(s) will be replaced free-of-charge if product is under warranty and/or under manufacturers defect.

Item(s) purchased from Flight Ergo is strictly non-refundable.

An exchange for the wrong item(s) will only be accepted if the product(s) is unused, and kept in its original packaging.

Customers have 1 working day from the date of receiving the item to inform us of the defects and/or reason why they would like an exchange via email, together with your order ID and a picture/video to [email protected].

If a customer fails to inform us within 2 working days, we reserve the right to decline exchanges.

Once an exchange is approved, you can complete your exchange by:
1) Returning the item(s) to our showroom
2) Delivering the item(s) back to us via a *trackable mailing service

*Flight Ergo will not be held responsible for any lost parcel during shipment in transit, if the parcel was sent back via a non-trackable shipping service.

Note: We will notify you once the item(s) have been received and inspected on our end.

Do email us at [email protected] and provide a detailed description of fault and photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault. We will then reply within 3 working days.

An exchange for a defective item will only be qualified if the defect is found to be made due to faults in manufacturing process. However, if the defect is due to human errors, an exchange is not allowed.
