Local Shipping

Free delivery for orders above SGD150, else a SGD5 delivery fee applies.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

At the moment, all orders purchased on flightergo.com are only delivered within Singapore.
For international deliveries, please drop us an email at [email protected] for more information.

Processing

All local orders are processed within 2 to 5 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Due to high volume of orders during peak period, please expect some delays as we try our best to deliver them to you.
For all Flight Pro, Flight Lite, and Flight Handcrank orders, our customer service team will get in touch with you to schedule a delivery date.

Delivery Hours (with installation)

Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm. Delivery is unavailable on weekends and Public Holidays.
Our delivery team will give you a call half an hour before arrival to ensure that someone is present at the delivery address.
Charges are applicable if you require a specific timing or a weekend delivery.

*During peak/sales period (e.g. 11.11, 12.12, etc) please do note that delivery timings may extend to 7pm.
